Job summary

BB’s Tex-Orleans in Montrose, Houston, TX seeks Overnight Servers to support a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You will join a top destination for NOLA-style food, crawfish, and drinks, and help guests enjoy a hospitable, welcoming dining experience.

Knowledge of the menu, ability to suggest dishes and upsell, and excellent communication are essential. Must be 18+, available 10:00pm–5:30am, 3–4 nights per week, with weekend availability. Training provided for new servers.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus, we will train new servers.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of the menu with ability to suggest and upsell.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and address issues.
• Great personality and willingness to work overnight.

Responsibilities

We are hiring for Over Night Servers to support a High-Volume, Full-Service Restaurant. This is a great opportunity to join one of the top destination spots for NOLA style food, crawfish, and drinks in Montrose!!

BB’s Servers are knowledgeable about the food and beverages on the menu so they can explain dishes and drinks to guests. Servers strive to cultivate a hospitable & welcoming environment in a fun and challenging atmosphere.

• Experience is a plus, we will train new servers

• Have a full knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions and suggestively sell.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Have a great personality and willingness to work overnight.

Required skills for successful Servers

• Must be available to work 10:00pm to 5:30am, 3- 4 nights a week & weekends
