Job summary

BB’s Tex-Orleans in Montrose, Houston, TX seeks Overnight Servers to support a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You will join a top destination for NOLA-style food, crawfish, and drinks, and help guests enjoy a hospitable, welcoming dining experience.

Knowledge of the menu, ability to suggest dishes and upsell, and excellent communication are essential. Must be 18+, available 10:00pm–5:30am, 3–4 nights per week, with weekend availability. Training provided for new servers.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus, we will train new servers.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of the menu with ability to suggest and upsell.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and address issues.
• Great personality and willingness to work overnight.

Responsibilities

• Servers are knowledgeable about the food and beverages on the menu.
• Explain dishes and drinks to guests.
• Cultivate a hospitable and welcoming environment in a fun, high-volume atmosphere.
