CTL Aerospace in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an Ovens and Autoclave Operator to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role involves loading ovens and autoclaves, connecting vacuum lines, selecting cure cycles, and ensuring proper cure data is recorded and delivered to downstream departments.

The candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and obtain forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good time management skills.
• Able to prioritize and make good decisions.
• Able to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Load ovens and autoclaves.
• Hook up vacuum lines and TC wires.
• Select cure cycles and run cycle.
• Verify and check cure information.
• Prioritize cures.
• Enter cure information into computer.
• Deliver parts to various departments after cure.
• Maintain 6S schedule.
• Work effectively as a team and also independently.

We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment as an Ovens/Autoclave Operator at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).

• Load ovens and autoclaves.
• Hook up vacuum lines and TC wires.
• Select cure cycles and run cycle.
• Verify and check cure information
• Ability to prioritize cures.
• Enter cure information into computer.
• Deliver parts to various departments after cure.
• Maintain 6S schedule.
• Ability to work as a team and work alone.
