CTL Aerospace, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Ovens/Autoclave Operator to support NADCAP-certified composite manufacturing. You will load ovens and autoclaves, hook up vacuum lines and wires, and select cure cycles while maintaining accurate cure data.

The role requires good communication, the ability to prioritize, and physical stamina (lifting up to 50 lbs). Forklift certification is expected. This on-site position offers a long-standing family of customers and comprehensive benefits.

• Must be able to become forklift certified.

We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment as an Ovens/Autoclave Operator at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).

• Load ovens and autoclaves.
