Job summary

Qualifications

• One or more years of production experience as a helper.
• Three years minimum as an oven operator.
• Working knowledge of proofer procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares proofer by setting humidity and temperature level and proofing time.
• Sets up equipment to ensure pan and product flow.
• Checks proofed dough to ensure proper rising and makes adjustments as needed.
• Monitors oven and related equipment to ensure proper bake per standards.
• Follows company safety, policies and operating rules.
