This full‑time role offers a 7:00 am to 3:30 pm schedule, weekend variations as needed, competitive pay, and benefits. A practical, team‑oriented approach and basic math and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate oven lines to meet production targets and maintain safety and quality.
• Monitor alarms and respond promptly to issues.
• Record temperatures and times on control sheets; report irregularities.
• Perform safe startup, emergency stop, and restart procedures.
• Adjust process parameters based on lab feedback to maintain specs.
• Maintain cleanliness of oven area and surrounding zones.
• Support plant shutdowns with cleaning duties.
• Perform additional duties to support goals.
