Reading Bakery Systems is searching for a Senior Accountant to serve in a key support role in maintaining proper controls and providing information to management to make informed decisions. 

Essential job functions are:

• Review & Analysis of Month End results
• Completion of monthly, quarterly and year-end closes
• Budgeting, cash flow & financial statement preparation and analysis
• Account consolidations & reconciliations

Minimum requirements for the Successful Applicant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with Crystal Reports, Dynamics 365 and Power BI preferred
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Reading Bakery Systems is looking for a Technical Writer that will develop procedures, training material, instructional documents, guidelines, maintenance, work instructions and test procedures for Reading Bakery Systems products. All documents are related to the production, operation, installation, assembly and maintenance of the Company's products. The Technical Writer produces high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and contributes to the organization's overall success of the Company's products. The Technical Writer will work in coordination with key team members from the Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations, Technical Support, and Production departments to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and technical documentation requirements to create and revise documents related to product specifications.

• It is preferred that the candidate hold a 4-year technical degree or a two year associates degree in engineering from a trade school or equivalent training and/or experience as an engineer.

Home-Based Position in Robesonia, PA and the Mid-West

Reading Bakery Systems is looking to hire an Automation Engineer. As an automation engineer, you will be responsible for the overall design of the control systems to operate Reading Bakery Systems machinery. Duties include specifying the components and equipment needed to complete the system, programming and interfacing of the equipment, assist/troubleshooting the assembly process and startup/debug of the control system and overall machine.

Essential Job Functions:

• Travel onsite to customer locations (20 - 30%) to implement, maintain, and upgrade software/hardware
• Design and program machine control systems using PLC/HMI solutions
• Simulate, test, and debug machine control systems in house

A two-year Associates Degree in an electrical/ technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the electrical field

• A Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering field preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in control systems design.

Welds and assembles industrial bakery equipment for the snack food industry.

The oven assembler/welder interprets engineering drawings, organizes component parts and subassemblies, and prepares components for welding . Also works with engineering to ensure the functionality of the machines through the assembly process and performs a variety of hand and machine-assisted functions necessary to assemble bakery equipment.
