Job summary

Noesis US Corp. seeks an OutSystems Architect in Raleigh, NC. The role leads architecture definition, oversees best practices, and drives reusable components across multiple teams. Strong focus on performance, scalability, and security with hands-on prototyping and demonstrations.

The candidate will manage full lifecycle of digital solutions, supervise iterations, and coordinate deployments, while guiding product teams and business stakeholders in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as OutSystems Tech Lead or related role.
• Experience with OutSystems platform including reusable core components.
• Certifications: OutSystems Associate Developer and Tech Lead.
• Hybrid work model: 2 days in office, 3 days commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate software factory reference architectures.
• Define and validate application of development best practices across multiple teams.
• Develop and manage reusable core components (in-house or forge-sourced).
• Lead development teams, ensuring teamwork, progress and quality.
• Manage full lifecycle of digital solutions and deployments.
• Ensure non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, security.
