Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Outsourcing Business Development Manager to drive international client acquisition and business expansion. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, securing long-term partnerships, and increasing revenue through the promotion of our IT outsourcing services across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Clients: Secure new international clients for our IT outsourcing services, including software development, web development, and digital marketing.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and execute business strategies to enhance our presence and achieve revenue growth in international markets.
- Lead Generation: Utilize platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms for lead generation and prospecting.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Lead the negotiation process, prepare proposals, and close deals with clients while maintaining profitability.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand new trends, challenges, and potential business opportunities within the IT outsourcing industry.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance and KPIs, ensuring objectives are consistently met.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1-2 years in IT outsourcing business development or sales.
- Skills: Strong skills in lead generation, client negotiation, and relationship management.
- Familiarity: Proficiency with freelance platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with international clients.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software, sales tools, and project management platforms.
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional Experience: Knowledge of international markets and IT outsourcing trends will be a plus.
