Menards Inc. is hiring an Outside Yard and Receiving Team Member for a part-time role in Rochester, MN. You will assist Customers, support Sales, and load/unload trucks using motorized equipment to move product to the sales floor.

This position offers a fast-paced, friendly environment with on-job training and a store discount. Weekend premium pay of extra $3 per hour on Sat/Sun is included along with profit sharing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and guests in the Outside Yard and receiving area.
• Support Sales Departments by organizing and stocking products.
• Load and unload trucks using motorized equipment as needed.
• Move incoming product to the Sales Floor efficiently and safely.
