Job Description

Responsible for providing the highest level of professionalism and customer service for our Members/Guests by conducting the Golf Operations outside services efficiently.

This position reports directly to the Director of Golf or Head Golf Pro with indirect reporting to other Golf Professionals and Assistants.

Position: Outside Services Assistant at TPC Craig Ranch

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing warm welcomes, creating memorable moments, and bidding farewell to Members/Guests by greeting them warmly and by name.
  • Assisting golfers with loading bags, club cleaning, and preparing them for play, including offering golf etiquette suggestions.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage areas and golf cart fleet.
  • Marshalling carts, assigning them to players, and tracking their usage.
  • Helping golfers after their rounds by cleaning clubs, delivering them, and checking in carts.
  • Promoting club events, informing about course conditions, and providing helpful information to enhance Members'/Guests' experience.
  • Keeping the club storage areas and cart barn tidy and reporting any damages promptly.
  • Ensuring practice areas are well-maintained and stocked.
  • Maintaining cleanliness outside the pro shop and parking lot.
  • Coordinating with other golf staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Completing daily assignments to meet club standards.
  • Proactively assisting Members/Guests and team members to deliver excellent service.
  • Reporting and resolving Member/Guest complaints promptly.
  • Interacting professionally with Members/Guests, accommodating last-minute requests.

  • Performing various tasks as needed to support the team and operations.
  • Adhering to all operational policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Demonstrating teamwork and effective communication.
  • Working efficiently under pressure, with attention to detail.
  • Maintaining good conduct and safety habits.

  • Wearing a clean, professional uniform daily.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience, basic golf knowledge, and etiquette.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform ethically.
  • Comfort working outdoors and indoors, in varying weather conditions.
