Job summary

Lakewood Country Club in Naples, FL is seeking a part-time Outside Services Attendant to support golf operations and enhance member and guest experiences. You will serve as a key member of the golf operations team, managing the cart fleet and assisting in daily course service.

The position is seasonal (approximately six months), offers $15.00 per hour, and requires strong guest orientation, reliable communication, and the ability to follow course policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional appearance and welcomes members and guests.
• Brings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns them at day end.
• Cleans, waters, checks carts after use and restocks as required.
• Cleans and maintains cart barn and ensures carts are ready for play.
• Receives and communicates complaints to Golf Shop.
• Assists Golf Shop to prepare and conduct tournaments.
• Supports all course policies and programs as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Description

Lakewood Country Club, located in Naples, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Outside Services Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation:

$15.00 per hour

Summary:

As a key member of the property’s golf operations team, the Outside Services Attendant reports directly to the General Manager or Golf Shop Supervisor and attends to the golf cart fleet as well as other duties as directed.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Must have strong customer/guest orientation

Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be dependable

Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public

Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred

Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely

Position Responsibilities:

Maintains professional appearance

Brings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the day

Cleans, waters, checks carts after each use and restocks as required

Cleans and maintains cart barn

Ensures the carts are available for player use at all times

Receives and communicates complains to the Golf Shop

Works closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments

Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
