Job summary

Chateau Elan in Braselton, GA is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to support golf operations and guest service. You will assist with club rentals, bag handling, and course etiquette, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

One month related experience preferred and regular attendance required. This on-site role offers the opportunity to contribute to a premier hospitality experience for guests on the course and in the clubhouse.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides courteous service to guests with bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
