The Kendall Group, a multi-division employee-owned distributor, seeks a Technical Sales Specialist in Michigan to drive outside sales and grow accounts across Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, OEMs, Industrial and Mechanical sectors. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will travel up to 30% to visit customers, analyze territory performance, and work with ERP and MS Office

Role Summary: Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Technical Sales Specialist is a key member of the Galloup sales team. In the Technical Sales Specialist position, the individual is responsible for outside customer sales and sales satisfaction through direct contact, phone, or other electronic communications. Sales functions include territory management, customer interaction activities, prospecting for new customers, contract/pricing negotiations, product presentation, inventory management, uncovering needs and closing sales. Individual will be placed in an established account base and will be encouraged to achieve sales and margin objectives. Individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships through the promotion of our Fluid Handling Products (Pumps, Valves, Heat Exchangers, Homogenizers, etc.) cleaning systems (CIP and COP) and instruments. Primary markets include Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, OEM's, Industrial and Mechanical sectors.
