Job summary

Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for our Tree Care Maintenance division in Irvine, CA. You will drive new business, manage renewals, and schedule on-site appointments with homeowners, HOAs, and commercial clients, selling services like tree trimming, removal, stump grinding, and plant health care.

You will work from existing Moon Valley Nurseries leads and your own prospecting, using HubSpot and Oracle CRM to track activities, and coordinate with field

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling landscaping services such as tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and plant health care.
• Experience working with residential clients, HOAs, and commercial properties is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of trees, plant health, and arborist-level knowledge.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Oracle CRM, and Oracle Field Service tools.
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred.
• Tree risk assessment qualification (TRAQ).
• Ability to self-generate leads and work independently in the field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

• Schedule and conduct on-site consultations and sales appointments.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals for tree care and maintenance services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewal and satisfaction.
• Manage and update customer information and sales activities using HubSpot and Oracle CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field technicians using Oracle Field Service to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Continuously expand knowledge of trees, plants, and arboriculture best practices.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Leverage Moon Valley Nurseries’ existing lead database while also generating your own high-quality leads.

Job Summary

Physical requirements/Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 15 pounds. Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in possibly extreme conditions, including rain, heat, sun, and wind.
