Job Description

The outside sales representative works to facilitate customer success, generate new clients, and promote industry leadership and guidance. Responsibilities include selling and increasing the company's market share of products and services through proactive efforts by discovering and growing revenue opportunities at ISCO Industries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Exploring new business opportunities: Making contacts within the Western US Territory, presenting Spirolite HDPE Pipe to engineering firms, government agencies, industrial manufacturers, OEM accounts, and contractors.
  2. Sales activity management: Recording all sales activities and customer calls in the internal CRM database.
  3. Industry representation: Representing ISCO within industry, trade, or professional associations to develop and promote positive relationships.
  4. Research and solutions: Utilizing available sales tools to find solutions for prospect and customer needs.
  5. Communication of value: Demonstrating the value of ISCO Spirolite HDPE products and services through interactions with prospects.
  6. Account development: Building customer relationships and forming alliances to maximize revenue, while enhancing customer satisfaction.
  7. Sales support and coordination: Preparing sales information, quotes, market analysis, and sales expenses for management; coordinating sales efforts and working as a team with customer service.
  8. Sales meetings and negotiations: Researching, preparing presentations, attending meetings, and negotiating pricing.
  9. Additional duties: Performing other duties as necessary.
Experience Preferred
  • 5+ years in the Municipal Piping Industry, including Storm Water, Waste Water, Water Works, Concrete Pipe, Fiberglass Pipe, or HDPE Pipe collection systems.
