The Role

Are you passionate about finding and winning new customers? Do you thrive off of "the hunt" for finding new business, closing deals, and maintaining these relationships even after the sale? If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, our NAPA sales team would love to hear from you! We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Sales Representative to succeed in a pay-for-performance role (base pay plus commission), engaging in business-to-business outside sales by growing existing customer accounts and creating new ones through promoting our full line of products and services.

A Day In The Life

  • Drive growth of NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales, and profits
  • Promote NAPA products and programs to wholesale customers
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop sales plans
  • Identify customer needs and align solutions with NAPA's offerings
  • Work with manufacturers' reps to improve programs and customer knowledge
  • Engage customers through NAPA's eSales programs
  • Conduct educational seminars and presentations
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues

What You'll Need

  • Experience in retail or outside sales
  • 2+ years in a customer-focused, quota-driven environment
  • Basic selling skills and ability to present in groups
  • Valid driver's license with minimal violations

And If You Have This, Even Better

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Background in Automotive Industry
