Job summary

Fiserv’s Clover team is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Sacramento area. You will be at the forefront of introducing Clover POS solutions to restaurant owners, building relationships, and driving revenue through in-person engagements.

This 100% hunter, field-based role requires travel within the Sacramento area, with emphasis on face-to-face conversations, product demonstrations, and hands-on Clover installation and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of quota-driven, self-sourcing sales experience.
• 2 years of cold calling and prospecting experience.
• 2 years of independently generating leads.
• Flexible hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Hunter and field-based role in Sacramento area.
• Engage with restaurant owners and operators in Sam's Club locations face-to-face.

About the role

Join our Sam's Club field sales team, where innovation meets opportunity. You'll be at the forefront of transforming the restaurant industry with our award-winning Clover point-of-sale solutions.

What you'll do

• This is a 100% hunter and field-based role
• Proactively engage with business owners & restauranteurs within Sam's Club , initiating face-to-face conversations to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships by scheduling in-person appointments at client's restaurants/business to demonstrate the value of Clover and solutions for streamlining operations and boosting revenue.
• Drive sales growth by levering deep product knowledge to educate potential customers on POS systems and online ordering platforms, converting leads into loyal clients through personalized consultative selling strategies.
• Install Clover systems at Client locations and provide hands-on training to ensure smooth integration and optimal use.
• Exemplify Fiserv core values by upholding the highest ethical standards and fostering genuine connections with clients and colleagues alike.

This role requires travel within the Sacramento area, collaborating with Sam's Club Locations to introduce Clover to restaurant owners.

Experience that you will need to have

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
• 2 years of experience cold calling & prospecting.
• 2 years of experience with independently generating leads.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Experience that would be great to have

• 3 years of sales experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish
• Proficient technical skills

Salary Range

$39,600.00 - $92,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Massachusetts, California (excluding Sunnyvale) and District of Columbia. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
