Job summary

Fiserv, a global fintech leader, is hiring for an Outside Sales Representative in Orange County. You will lead field-based sales campaigns, engage restaurant owners, and demonstrate Clover POS solutions to boost efficiency and revenue. You will install systems and train staff to ensure smooth adoption.

We seek a self-motivated closer with at least 2 years in quota-driven sales, strong prospecting, and the ability to work flexible hours. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales role.
• Experience with cold calling and prospecting.
• Ability to generate leads independently.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• This is a 100% hunter and field-based role.
• Engage with business owners and restauranteurs within Sam's Club to identify needs and offer Clover solutions.
• Schedule in-person appointments to demonstrate Clover and related platforms.
• Drive sales growth through product knowledge of POS systems and online ordering.
• Install Clover systems and provide hands-on training on-site.
• Uphold Fiserv values and build genuine client relationships.

About the role:

Join our Sam's Club field sales team, where innovation meets opportunity. You'll be at the forefront of transforming the restaurant industry with our award-winning Clover point-of-sale solutions.

What you'll do:

• This is a 100% hunter and field-based role
• Proactively engage with business owners & restauranteurs within Sam's Club, initiating face-to-face conversations to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships by scheduling in-person appointments at client's restaurants/business to demonstrate the value of Clover and solutions for streamlining operations and boosting revenue.
• Drive sales growth by levering deep product knowledge to educate potential customers on POS systems and online ordering platforms, converting leads into loyal clients through personalized consultative selling strategies.
• Install Clover systems at Client locations and provide hands-on training to ensure smooth integration and optimal use.
• Exemplify Fiserv core values by upholding the highest ethical standards and fostering genuine connections with clients and colleagues alike.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
• 2 years of experience cold calling & prospecting.
• 2 years of experience with independently generating leads.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Desired Experience:

• 3 years of sales experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish
• Proficient technical skills

Salary Range

$39,600.00 - $92,400.00These pay ranges apply to employees in Massachusetts, California (excluding Sunnyvale) and District of Columbia. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
