Job summary

GFiber is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Omaha team. You’ll represent GFiber’s award-winning internet to residents, build a lead pipeline, and close new business in your territory.

This field role includes traveling within your assigned area, using Salesforce and modern sales tools, and collaborating with a supportive team to reach market sales goals. Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus.

Compensation & Perks

We believe top talent deserves a "best-of-both-worlds" pay structure: a reliable base salary paired with uncapped sales bonus potential.

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): This role has an OTE of $66,667 annually (composed of a $30,000 base salary + on target sales bonus).
• Total Earning Potential: With our uncapped performance-based incentives and accelerators, total annual earning potential typically ranges from $66,667 to $100,000 for high-performing representatives.
• To provide stability while you build your pipeline, new hires receive a $3,000 in guaranteed sales bonus upon completion of their first 60 days, with no minimum sales threshold.
• Travel Support: Mileage reimbursement for travel within your assigned territory.

A Clear Path Forward

High-performing representatives can have a clear path to promote into a Senior Outside Sales Representative role in as little as 6 months. You will also be eligible to apply for advanced roles such as Small Business Field Sales Representative or MDU Sales Executive as you advance. As we expand, your career can grow right along with our network.

The Role

This is an active, community-focused sales position. You will be the face of GFiber, engaging with residents to help them upgrade their home internet experience.

• Tools for Success: Company-provided laptop and mobile phone for work use during employment.

Who You Are

• Goal-Oriented: You are self-motivated and enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• A Great Communicator: You can build rapport with others quickly and explain complex value simply.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to travel and navigate assigned neighborhoods for extended periods, including ability to move across stairs and sidewalks, to meet with prospective customers.
• Bilingual? ¡Vendedores bilingues son bienvenidos! Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish fluently is sought after in the Omaha market.
