MedCore is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding team. We specialize in placing remote Medical Staff such as Billers, Coders, Claims Management Representatives, and Virtual Assistants for North American clients. Our partnerships include some of the largest healthcare firms globally, as well as individual provider practices. Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via prospecting, networking, and online connections.
  • Follow up on leads to secure contracts and ensure customer commitment.
  • Address potential customers' questions and provide additional information via email.
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential clients using HubSpot.
  • Upsell products and services.
  • Research and qualify new leads.
  • Close sales and meet sales targets.
  • Attend local and national trade shows and networking events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience selling services to Healthcare Organizations at the C-Level.
  • Existing network of contacts within Healthcare and Revenue Cycle.
  • Proactive and persistent, comfortable with cold calling and networking.
  • Proven success in managing and closing multiple sales processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HubSpot CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional phone and networking skills.
  • Strong listening and sales abilities.
  • Ability to meet sales targets.
