About The Role

Torque & Tension Tooling Outside Sales Representative

(MUST LIVE NEAR ODESSA, TEXAS)

This is a fully remote position.

What you"ll do

  • Develop the Odessa territory and demonstrate execution by meeting sales targets
  • Perform product demonstrations, deliveries, and regular customer follow up visits
  • Meet sales goals through collaboration with leadership and regular forecasting of opportunities
  • Utilize a consultative approach with customers, and work to drive customer satisfaction
  • Serve as key contact to customers
  • Cold call potential clients and set in person meetings in hard to penetrate customer sites
  • Drive appropriate product utilization and make recommendations accordingly
  • Generate and confirm appointments through prospecting, building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals for new business
  • Build value-added relationships with prospects within assigned territory and develop new client accounts to increase revenue
  • Actively participate in scheduled company meetings, conference calls etc.
  • Maintain working knowledge of all MaxxForce products and services
  • Fully utilize the company CRM and leverage it to grow a robust pipeline

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of experience with Outside Sales in a competitive environment with a record of success exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced sales environment with minimal assistance
  • Demonstrated ability to learn the technical aspects of product offered and leverage that knowledge to execute on sales goals
  • Ability to consult with customers and identify tooling solutions that address their challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Strong presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • A competitive nature and a desire to WIN
