Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Washington state is seeking a Sales Representative with 2–5 years of proven in-home sales experience. You will meet with homeowners daily, present roofing or exterior solutions, and move deals through a high-velocity sales process.

This role offers pre-qualified appointments, weekly pay, bonuses and incentives, paid training, flexible scheduling, and gas/toll reimbursement as you pursue a rapid leadership track with strong earnings potential from $100K to $300K+.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of proven experience in in-home or high-ticket sales.
• Experience with pre-qualified appointments or appointment-based selling is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 homeowners daily to present offerings.
• Follow up on leads and close deals with high conversion rates.
• Maintain high ethical standards and customer satisfaction.
