Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Sales Representative with 2–5 years of proven in-home sales experience to drive growth and leadership potential.

You will meet with 2–3 homeowners daily, enjoy elite training, and participate in a fast-track path to leadership while earning $100K–$300K+ with uncapped commissions.

No cold calling; pre-qualified appointments are provided and weekly pay, bonuses, trips & incentives are included.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven sales experience
• Experience in in-home, auto, mortgage/finance, or high-ticket B2C roles
• Not entry-level; hungry high-level performers
