Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Sales Representative with 2–5 years of proven experience to manage high-value in-home sales and convert pre-qualified appointments into revenue.

You will meet with 2–3 homeowners daily, receive elite training, and have a fast track to leadership with strong commission potential. This role rewards hungry, high-level performers with weekly pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in relevant environments.
• Ability to handle high-value B2C transactions and present solutions.
• Experience in in-home or field sales helps.
