Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to run pre-set, qualified appointments and educate homeowners on roofing, bathroom remodeling, and siding solutions, closing projects in-home.

The role offers a 100% commission W-2 with uncapped earnings and on-target earnings between $150K–$320K+ annually. Four weeks of paid training at $1,000/week, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus, monthly car allowance, cell phone allowance, and a company-provided iPad.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing, bathroom remodeling, or siding solutionsand close projects in-home.

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Conduct professional in-home design consultations, design custom showers using proprietary rendering software, provide same-day estimates, and execute a one-sit close.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
