Land Enterprises Roofing, a locally owned and highly respected roofing company based in Edmond, OK, is looking to expand our team by hiring a motivated Outside Sales Representative. This role is ideal for a driven, customer-focused individual passionate about building long-term relationships and offering quality roofing solutions. What We Offer
- Base Salary + Commission
- Base Salary is $30,000
- Total compensation in the first year is expected to be $60,000 - $70,000 (based on sales performance)

Duties For Outside Sales Representative
- Take sales leads, conduct residential roof inspections, and close sales with homeowners
- Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, explaining the roofing process in a way that ensures comfort and understanding
- Collaborate with adjusters, create detailed estimates, and follow up to ensure timely completion of the sales process
- Engage with homeowners and adjusters, ensuring clear communication throughout the project from inspection to completion
- Create contracts and manage the paperwork involved in closing the sale
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide necessary reports and next steps
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and attend ongoing sales training to improve skills and product knowledge
- Network within the community and build a referral partner network to continuously drive sales opportunities
- Manage documentation and client communications through our CRM system to maintain accurate records
- Ensure the highest quality of service and value to clients through proactive problem-solving and by offering tailored solutions
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred (creating long-term relationships)
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen, ask insightful questions, and build rapport
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with basic computer programs, including CRM software; tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools
- Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable climbing a ladder and being on roofs multiple times per day

- Minimum Requirement’s:
- High School/GED
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
