We are currently seeking a proven Fire & Fabrication Outside Sales Representative to join our team, supporting the growing market opportunities in the Bay Area. The role is field-based, requiring the candidate to be based in the Bay Area. We provide a fuel card, auto allowance, travel and expense card, company cell phone, and laptop.

Responsibilities

• Document all sales activities in our Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce) to evaluate the sales pipeline and closure results.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and customers, ensuring satisfaction from order to delivery and beyond.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base, collaborating with management on sales strategies and targeting.
• Perform duties such as product quotation and problem resolution, analyze competition, devise sales strategies, and communicate these strategies to management.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to maintain a professional image in the field.

Qualifications

• Digital literacy, self-motivated, able to multi-task and learn quickly.
• Minimum of 5 years industry-related sales experience (preferred).
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, timely, relationship builder, team player.

This role is commission-eligible, with an estimated total compensation range of $90,000 - $120,000 plus uncapped commissions annually.
