Job summary

Vandalia Rental is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to act as a Relationship Manager, connecting with customers and closing deals across our Cincinnati region. You will drive growth by identifying opportunities and delivering value, leveraging CRM tools and industry knowledge in construction and industrial equipment.

The role requires a proactive go-getter with 2+ years of outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• Experience in the rental industry is a plus.
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is valued.
• Excellent presentation skills and willingness to be in front.
• Technologically savvy; comfortable with devices and software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must be able to drive extensively across the territory.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Salary & Benefits:

• $75,000 - $100,000+ First year annual salary. Salary plus commission thereafter – Initial salary commensurate with education and experience, commission commensurate with YOUR success

The ideal Outside Sales Rep:

• Must be an absolute "Go Getter" with a will to win and a drive to succeed
• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred
• 2+ years of outside sales experience
• Experience in the rental industry is a plus
• Excellent understanding of construction and industrial type equipment
• Salesforce CRM or other CRM experience
• Great presentation skills and don’t mind getting out in front
• Technologically savvy. You’ll use computers, cell phones, and other cool techy stuff
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be able and willing to drive extensively throughout geographical area, must be able to work around construction and Industrial type environments, lift 35+ lbs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
