Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to prospect and build relationships with restaurants in the territory. This field-based role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with hands-on product demonstrations and a focus on closing new business.

You will operate with an uncapped commission structure and be supported by paid training and a company vehicle. Ideal candidates have B2B or door-to-door sales experience, plus comfort in hospitality or restaurant settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or door-to-door sales.
• Outside sales or route sales experience preferred.
• Exposure to restaurant, hospitality or retail environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect 20-30 businesses each day.
• Build relationships with restaurant owners and operators.
• Generate new business through cold calling and networking.
• Demonstrate Auto-Chlor’s cleaning and sanitation solutions.
• Manage your sales pipeline from first visit to close.
• Partner with installation and service teams for onboarding.

Auto-Chlor System is hiring an Outside Sales Representative. This is a high-activity, field-based sales position. You are a great fit if you have door-to-door sales experience or have worked in the food service industry! You will be out in the marketplace Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, walking into restaurants, shaking hands, introducing Auto-Chlor, and showing prospects how we can solve problems they deal with every single day.

Compensation & Benefits

• First-Year Earnings: $80,000-$90,000
• Second-Year Earnings: $90,000-$100,000
• Base Salary: $40,000 + Uncapped Commissions!
