Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals in Florida is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for HVAC & Commercial solutions. You will rent and sell our portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and temporary heaters within your assigned territory.

You’ll grow existing accounts, win new business, and coordinate with the General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions to deliver turnkey equipment and service. A drive for results and strong relationship building is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC industry.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience.
• Current/valid driver’s license in good standing, and proof of auto insurance.
• Project management, new business development and customer retention skills.
• Sales track record in a solution-selling approach.
• Ability to manage high-volume sales and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Rent and sell portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and temporary heaters within assigned territory.
• Develop and nurture existing accounts and win new business.
• Collaborate with the General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions to provide turnkey solutions.
• Work with Sales Reps and Managers to maximize market penetration.
