Due to significant opportunities and interest in our cabinetry lines represented (indoor and outdoor) , we are looking to add an independent rep to our outside sales team. The ideal candidate will live in Central FL (Greater Orlando area) and will prospect, present products and generate new business, with new kitchen and bath dealers, while supporting existing dealers. This outside position requires weekly regional travel.( 4 days in the field, 1 office day) You will be provided a base salary and monthly commission. The commission rate will increase as you hit key sales targets. Total estimated 1st year compensation should be between $55,000-$70,000 (mix of base and commission) , growing significantly in the second year. Training is provided and you must have your own car and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Degree (BA/ AA/ other) in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field

• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
• Cabinetry-related experience is a plus
