A leading construction materials supplier is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to cover Northern California. This remote role requires managing existing accounts and pursuing new sales opportunities primarily through distribution partners. The compensation package includes a base salary of $100,000 to $130,000 plus bonuses and full benefits.

Location: Field-based, covering Northern CA with travel throughout the Bay Area and occasionally Southern CA. Work from home when not traveling; no on-site work required.
Pay Rate: $100,000 – $130,000 base salary + 20% annual target bonus + car reimbursement program + full benefits

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will manage and expand an established book of business while aggressively pursuing new accounts to grow market share in Northern California. This role focuses on selling through distribution partners, primarily to lumber yards and hardware stores, while also providing product training and education for end users. You will pioneer new territories, build and strengthen distributor relationships, conduct product presentations, and consistently exceed sales targets. The position is field-based with extensive travel alongside distribution partners, while working from home when not traveling.
