Fiserv in Baton Rouge is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Sam's Club field sales team, promoting Clover point‑of‑sale solutions to restaurant owners and operators. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming operations with award‑winning technology.

This is a 100% hunter and field‑based role requiring face‑to‑face conversations, lead generation, and in‑person appointments to demonstrate Clover and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2 years in quota-driven, self-sourced sales.
• 2 years cold calling and prospecting experience.
• 2 years generating leads independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours and have reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (preferred).

Responsibilities

About The Role

What You’ll Do

• This is a 100% hunter and field-based role
• Proactively engage with business owners & restauranteurs within Sam's Club, initiating face‑to‑face conversations to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships by scheduling in‑person appointments at client’s restaurants/business to demonstrate the value of Clover and solutions for streamlining operations and boosting revenue.
• Drive sales growth by levering deep product knowledge to educate potential customers on POS systems and online ordering platforms, converting leads into loyal clients through personalized consultative selling strategies.
• Install Clover systems at Client locations and provide hands‑on training to ensure smooth integration and optimal use.
• Exemplify Fiserv core values by upholding the highest ethical standards and fostering genuine connections with clients and colleagues alike.

This role requires travel within the Baton Rouge area, collaborating with Sam’s Club Locations to introduce Clover to restaurant owners.

Experience That You Will Need To Have

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
• 2 years of experience cold calling & prospecting.
• 2 years of experience with independently generating leads.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Experience That Would Be Great To Have

• 3 years of sales experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish
• Proficient technical skills
