Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Utah to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses. You will build relationships, present in person and virtually, and manage a growing client book in a hybrid field/office setup.

You will start with a base salary of $46,000 plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 1 on-target earnings range $90,000–$100,000; Year 2 is $105,000–$125,000.

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership model.
• Manage Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation, Social Ads, SEO.
• Cold call business owners and set appointments after needs assessments.
• Grow your book of business and earn residual commissions via strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build client relationships across diverse industries.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
