Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Utah to drive digital marketing solutions across a designated territory. You will blend a base salary with uncapped commissions, backed by robust training and a hybrid work model that combines home office and field activities.

You’ll develop relationships with small businesses, perform needs assessments, and present Websites, SEO, and digital campaigns. Expect a dynamic, target-driven environment with clear growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions via a partnership selling model.
• Cover Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and set appointments after needs assessments.
• Grow your client base and earn residual commissions through effective account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations and build relationships across diverse industries.

Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $105,000-$125,000.

Base Salary: $46,000

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
