Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to reach homeowners in your assigned area and generate sales. You will knock on doors, mail materials, and call potential customers, explaining benefits and price clearly.

No prior sales experience is required; training will be provided. Flexible hours, independence, and a drive to meet new people are encouraged.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
