Hibu is seeking Outside Sales Representatives in the United States to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses. The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and best-in-class training to win and grow your career.

Expect on-target earnings of $80,000–$90,000 in Year 1 and $104,000–$122,000 in Year 2 with potential for more through bonuses. The position supports a hybrid work environment (home office and in-field) with clear paths for leadership

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Manage Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO offerings.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a defined territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your book of business and earn residual commissions through strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations and build relationships across diverse industries.
