Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks ambitious Outside Sales Representatives to deliver real solutions to homeowners. You’ll conduct in‑home consultations, estimate repairs, and close sales with uncapped earning potential, backed by top training and a national reputation.

This full‑time W‑2 role offers warm leads, regional training, advancement paths, a company car eligibility, and the chance to build a substantial book of business driven by customer success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred
• Experience in B2C or in-home sales is a plus
• Construction or home improvement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Travel remotely within sales territory to conduct in‑home inspections
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their home and provide solution options
• Estimate the repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals
• Close sales with customers in the home
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline
• Report to home branch for Sales team initiatives and meetings

In this consultative, in‑home sales role, you will meet directly with homeowners to assess their needs, perform detailed inspections, and design customized foundation repair and water management solutions using our proven systems and services. What You Bring

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction
• 1‑2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
• Experience in a commission, B2C or in‑home sales environment is a plus
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus
