Position: Outside Sales Representative (Houston Area)

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based + Recurring Income on Reorders

About the Role:

Fidela Ventures LLC is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative based in the Houston area to sell and promote H7 Degreaser—our high-performance, biodegradable degreaser—directly to job sites, oil fields, equipment yards, and service companies.

This role is 100% commission-based, with recurring income opportunities from ongoing client purchases. It’s a high-reward position for someone who is hungry to build long-term relationships and grow a client base that continues to generate income month after month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and visit oil field sites, industrial yards, service contractors, and related businesses
  • Demonstrate the effectiveness of H7 Degreaser in cleaning equipment, tools, vehicles, and job sites
  • Close sales and onboard new clients into recurring purchasing agreements
  • Maintain relationships with clients and follow up to support reorders and referrals
  • Keep track of client activity, order history, and product needs
  • Represent Fidela Ventures with professionalism, integrity, and product knowledge

  • Reliable transportation and ability to carry product samples
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to customer service
