Job summary

UniFirst is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and grow route-based uniform and facility service programs for customers across your territory. In this field-based role, you will prospect and qualify leads, conduct on-site presentations, and develop tailored solutions for manufacturing and other industries.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract close, then partner with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Field-based outside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to conduct on-site presentations to clients.
• Track record of closing contracts and growing accounts.
• Comfort selling to manufacturers and other industries.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Deliver on-site presentations and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close.
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast future sales.
