Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid role in California. Earn a base salary, with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, aiming for six-figure total compensation as you grow into Year 2+.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!

Job Requirements

Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Are you looking for an opportunity where you can earn uncapped commissions while still having a base salary with full benefits? Earn $105K–$115K in Year 1 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, growing to $120K–$140K+ in Year 2.

Base Salary: $63,000

• Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~$3,250/year
• Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200/year
• Parking & tolls: up to $300/year
• Gas reimbursement (activity-based): ~$2,500/year

Total first-year fixed compensation (base + fixed allowances) is approximately $70K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside.
