Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid role to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses. You will sell Websites, Search and Display Ads, Reviews, Social Ads, and SEO within a designated territory, while building long-term client relationships.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a strong benefits package, and comprehensive training with in-field support.

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Cover Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold-call business owners and prospect territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your book of business with residual commissions through strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects and build client relationships across industries.

Job Requirements

Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Earn $105K–$115K in Year 1 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, growing to $120K–$140K+ in Year 2.

Base Salary: $63,000

• Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~$3,250/year
• Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200/year
• Parking & tolls: up to $300/year
• Gas reimbursement (activity-based): ~$2,500/year

Total first-year fixed compensation (base + fixed allowances) is approximately $70K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside.
