FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock in Tacoma, WA is seeking an Outside Sales Team Member to grow our local sign and graphics business. You will work with diverse clients across industries, uncover needs, and craft solutions that boost appearance and visibility.

The role requires a consultative B2B approach, CRM proficiency, and a drive to build relationships. A high school diploma is required; prior outside sales or commission-based experience is preferred, with room to advance.

Qualifications

• Prior outside sales/commission-based experience is preferred.
• Prior B2B consultative sales experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is required.
