American Home Design, Inc. is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative for the Nashville area. You will present professional home improvement options to homeowners on-site, using an iPad, and aim for same-day purchases with our well-trained sales system.

This role offers an uncapped commission structure, provided leads from our Call Center the night before, and paid training. Join a 45+ year local family business known for strong customer satisfaction and industry-leading warranties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Own a reliable vehicle and ability to transport sales samples/equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional in-home presentations to homeowners using an iPad and close same-day sales.
• Overcome objections and maintain a positive attitude toward rejection.
• Complete electronic contracts with accurate product details for the customer purchase.
• Sell a high percentage of issued leads (target at least 30%).
• Occasionally generate your own leads (up to about 1 hour per day).
• Manage around 8–10 leads per week.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after installation.

In-Home Sales Representative Job Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners following a well-trained sales system on an iPad and close same-day sales
• Overcome objections and handle rejection positively
• Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design
• Sell at least 30% of the leads issued to you
• Occasionally generate own business leads (up to 1 hour/day)
• Run approximately 8-10 leads a week
