Job summary

PestCo in Seattle, WA is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for Commercial Pest Control to drive new business across key sectors. The role targets industrial and commercial clients with a hunter mentality and a focus on prospecting and closing deals.

Responsibilities include on-site inspections, tailored proposals, and collaboration with service teams to ensure onboarding and customer satisfaction. Full-time, base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in pest control, facilities services, or a related field.
• Proven track record of hunting and closing new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to travel regionally to meet with clients and prospects.
• State specific licensing requirements may apply.
