Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Wisconsin region to drive growth through digital marketing solutions. You will sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO while prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business.

The role offers a base salary with benefits, plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses in a hybrid sales environment that blends home office and in-field work.

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model in a designated territory.
• Sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and set appointments with needs assessments.
• Grow your book of business with small businesses and earn residual commissions through strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
