Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate sales in the assigned area by contacting homeowners through door-knocking, mail, and calls. No prior sales experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.

You will explain benefits and pricing of HomeTeam’s pest control services to current and prospective customers, and complete sales documents to support field technicians. The role offers a competitive pay of $15/hour plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
