Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid work environment, offering a base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. The role emphasizes selling digital marketing solutions to small businesses, with a strong training program and a clear path for career growth.

Year 1 on-target earnings range from $85,000 to $95,000, with potential to exceed through uncapped bonuses; Year 2 targets range from $100,000 to $115,000.

• Sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a territory to set appointments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.

• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
