Hibu, a leading digital marketing provider, seeks an Outside Sales Representative in Pelham, AL. This role offers base salary, expenses, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped commissions with monthly bonuses.

You will operate in a hybrid environment, combining home office and in-field work, with robust product offerings and ongoing training. Year 1 on-target earnings target is $85,000–$95,000, with Year 2 targets of $100,000–$115,000, plus additional incentives and a clear career path in both

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership model.
• Manage Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation, Social Ads, SEO.
• Prospect within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your client base and earn residual commissions via strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build relationships across diverse industries and keep daily variety.

What you will be responsible for as an Outside Sales Representative:

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model


• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO


• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments


• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management


• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects


• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
